15.24 – Fire Limits

15.24.010 – Established

  1. Fire limits are established in accordance with Section 15.04.010.
  2. All areas annexed to the city shall comply with Section 15.04.010 except buildings in Use Groups R-2 and R-3.
  3. All areas rezoned shall comply with Section 15.04.010 except buildings in Use Group R-2 and R-3.

15.24.020 – Violation - Penalty

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than one dollar nor more than five hundred dollars for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
