15.08.300 – Multiple dwelling - Window protection
- Windows shall be so constructed that when the window is locked, it cannot be lifted form the frame.
- Window locking devices shall be capable of withstanding force of three hundred pounds applied in any direction.
- Sliding glass windows shall meet or exceed the Architectural Aluminum Manufacturers Association Standards as set forth in their bulletin, AAMA 1302.3-1971.
