The provisions of the 2021 International Energy Conservation Code issued by the International Code Council, Inc., 4051 West Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, IL 60478, not less than one copy if which have been and are on file in the Office of the Clerk of the City of St. Charles, Illinois for not more than thirty (30) days, as hereby adopted.
