13.18.110 – Intent
It is the intent of this Chapter to provide a method:
- To protect the Groundwater resources of the city and the surrounding area.
- To provide a means of regulating land uses within the Groundwater Protection Areas.
- To protect the city’s drinking water supply and that of the surrounding area from potential impacts by facilities that store, handle, treat, use or produce substances that pose a hazard to Groundwater quality.
