From November 1st of one year to April 30th of the next year, it shall be unlawful for any person to cause, allow or permit any vehicle to be parked on any of the streets designated in Subsection "A" of this section when an accumulation of snow is two inches or more, until such street has been cleaned.
Any vehicle parked in violation of the foregoing prohibition against parking on a snow route is declared to be a nuisance and a hazard to public safety, and any police officer of the city is authorized to remove or cause the removal of such vehicle to any garage or other place of storage at the expense of the owner of said vehicle in accordance with Section 10.40.090.
The director of public works is directed to post, or cause to be erected and maintained, suitable signs bearing the inscription "Snow Route."
