10.11.2340 – License - Issuance
The Chief of Police upon receiving proper application therefore is authorized to issue a bicycle license which shall expire on the thirty-first day or July in each odd-numbered calendar year.

License - Plate issuance and attachment - Removal prohibited
- The Chief of Police shall issue a license plate bearing the license number assigned to the bicycle, the name of the city, and the calendar year for which issued.
- The Chief of Police shall cause such license plate to be firmly attached to the rear of the bicycle for which issued in such a position as to be plainly visible from the rear.
- No person shall remove a license plate from a bicycle during the period for which issued except upon a transfer of ownership or in the event the bicycle is dismantled and no longer operated upon any street in this city.
